"Update:I’m changing 3 stars to 5 stars and wanted to share my experience.Here is my original review with 3 stars ↓I fell in love with this design and color, so after considering among others, I decided to get this.Color in person was darker but it’s okayI rinsed all container as it said and run cleaning as instructed, then used.This machine smell was very strong so I asked ChatGPT how to get rid of it, I did extra cleaning 15 times moreIt took sooo long and still have strong smellI waited a day to completely dry them and used it again, still the same maybe be slightly better.But in this pace. It will be take like half year or soI asked chat GOT about this concern , how much I cleaned and how etc.It says in this case, the internal area will be problem and when you can taste machine smell, it’s not good for the body as well so I decided to return it.It was so unfortunateCus I liked the size, design and priceMilk frother is just fine but my my brother machine makes formy milk.I wish it was betterMaybe I should go for named brand and I checked it, they use less plastic inside so less possibility to smell like machine.My point is I could accept if the smell went away within 10 times usage.But I run cleaning about 15 timesAnd each times runs like 3 cupsI’m just too tired to try even moreI wasted so many water and electricity →after this, the company reached out to me and said really sorry about my experience.Yes they were so nice but my mind was the fact the machine was not good quality, that won’t change.They offered me to send another one, which is a bit upgraded version to try.I thought of saying no thinking it could be probably the same. Because the same company, same machine line. Probably smell again.But since they are so thoughtful and caring. I decided to try.It looked the same but the difference was next to the milk tank, it has milk form adjuster. I didn’t know the difference when I bought it!They sell 2 kind but they looked exactly the same to me and couldn’t find explanation of the differences.Anyways, I washed and cleaned before usageAnd it didn’t smell.The water tank didn’t smell with heat unlike others. What is more, the milk form quality was better. Im into milk form so it was very important aspect for me that milk form is good.I’m so impressed!!!!Let me tell you this company has and they are genuinely care about you, so even if you got defective one, they are willing to fix it as much as possibleThey never mentioned about changing review or ask. They are just great customer service. I will recommend this product especially get the one which has form adjustment!!!!They got your back and it’s nice to have at home"
